Harry David Crook, 73, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017. A Celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Brad Marchman officiating. The family will greet friends on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

David was born in Calhoun, GA. He was preceded in death by parents, George and Edna Crook, son, Ricky Crook, sister, Sarah Ethel Crook and brother,...

David was born in Calhoun, GA. He was preceded in death by parents, George and Edna Crook, son, Ricky Crook, sister, Sarah Ethel Crook and brother, Corrie Crook. He was retired from Armstrong World Industries. David coached baseball at Western Little League for over 30 years. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is survived by his wife; Gail T. Crook of Lizella, daughter; Jackie Lynn Butler, sons; Eddie Crook, Chris (Kaye) Crook, Jason Crook, Steven (Tiffeny) Crook, Corrie Crook, and Clay (Amy) Burnette, grandchildren; Jessie Vail, David Vail, Austin Crook, Micaela Crook, Cole Crook, Ethan Crook, Gabe Burnette, Erica Burnette, Sabastian Burnette and Jordan Degelia, sisters; Reta McCallum and Grace Barth and several nieces and nephews.
